Imagine Dragons Extend ‘Evolve’ Trek With New North American Tour Dates + New Song

Dan Reynolds of Imagine Dragons performs a medley at the 41st American Music Awards in Los Angeles

Imagine Dragons blend the new and experimental with their new single, “Next To Me.” Singer Dan Reynolds belts about love as well as loyalty, while the song weaves in and out of a fingerpicked acoustic guitar and shuffling drum pattern.

“Something ’bout the way that you walk into my living room/ Casually and confident, looking at the mess I am,” he sings. “But still you, still you want me.” The track builds to an arena-worthy chorus with major support vocals to cap off the single.

The alt-rock band additionally extended their tour beyond their third LP, 2017’s Evolve, with a new leg of North American tour dates. Imagine Dragons’ summer tour launches June 5th in Hartford, Connecticut and ends August 10th in Tampa, Florida.

Tickets for most shows go sale to the general public beginning Saturday, March 3rd at 10 a.m. and can be found for sale with select vendors.
