Guns N’ Roses fans had reason to be grateful this year for an unfathomable reunion of Slash, Duff McKagan and Axl Rose for their ‘Not in This Lifetime tour’. On Saturday, Guns N’ Roses suggested that their reunion tour could extend into 2017 in a teaser video posted on the social media accounts of the band.
The group also coined the hashtag #GnFnR2017 to mark the imminent coming of 2017 tour dates.
No other details regarding the Guns N’ Roses’ North American tour have been shown, but in cities like Montreal, which was not the recipient of a ‘Not in This Lifetime’ tour date, billboards have emerged for the possible 2017 tour.
The North American leg of Guns N’ Roses ‘Not in This Lifetime’ tour kicked off with a run of warm up shows at Coachella before concluding August 22nd in San Diego. The group’s trek through Mexico and South America ends November 30th in Mexico City.
In a rare interview in September, Rose said he would even be open to performing more shows with AC/DC while piloting Guns N’ Roses. “I’ll do that as long as Angus [Young] wants to do it and as long as we can make it work. Guns is really supportive about it. I love that it’s my job. I love that Angus is my boss,” Rose said.
