Bob Dylan Will Continue His Tour This Fall

Bob Dylan

Back in March, American songwriting legend Bob Dylan announced plans to return to the U.S. for a string of live dates in the summer of 2016, and he is now set to continue the trek into the autumn as well. The continuing Bob Dylan tour, declared Aug. 8, is in support of the vocalist’s 37th studio album, “Fallen Angels.”

The start of the autumn tour will coincide with Dylan and his group’s two weekend appearances at the inaugural Desert Trip Music Festival in Indio, Calif. Joining Dylan on the highly anticipated bill are the likes of Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters, The Who, and the Rolling Stones, who will share the Friday stage with Dylan on Oct. 7 and 14.

The album is the first follow-up “Shadows in the Night”, his 2015 record, which featured covers of a number of pop songs from the likes of Frank Sinatra, Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Irving Berlin.
