Action Bronson Releases Kung Fu-Styled Video For “Chairman’s Intent” – Watch Here

Action Bronson

Action Bronson squares off with the Chinese mafia in his deliriously goofy “Chairman’s Intent” video. The rapper, who co-created the clip with director Rik Cordero, triumphs over a series of villains while sporting a cheap blonde hairpiece.

Cordero styles the video just like a Seventies kung-fu film, employing a grainy visual texture as well as retro graphics. Highlights are the hip-hop star punching a person on fire, hurtling through the air into a rival on a motorbike and tossing a villain off a building using the bizarre send-off “Kiss your father on the lips for me.”

“Chairman’s Intent” will appear upon Action Bronson’s upcoming LP, Blue Chips 7000, out August 25th via VICE/Atlantic records. The release is the final sequel of his “Blue Chips” mixtape series and comes after his 2015 major label debut, 2015’s Mr. Wonderful.

Blue Chips 7000 has guest spots from David Ross, Meyhem Lauren and Large Body Bes and producers Harry Fraud, the Alchemist and Party Supplies.

The artist – who hosts his own culinary-themed show for Vice, Fuck, That’s Delicious — will also release his own cookbook, Fuck, That’s Tasty: An Annotated Guide to Eating Well, on September twelfth.
