A$AP Rocky, a Grammy nominated Harlem rapper, will be on the road again in 2019. A$AP Rocky whose real name is Rakim Myers is a rapper, songwriter, record producer, actor, and member of the hip hop group A$AP Mob. As a solo artist, A$AP Rocky has won numerous awards, written and performed on top ten singles, and sold multi-platinum albums.
A$AP Rocky is a New York City native whose musical career begin in the late 2000’s. In 2011 he received critical acclaim for his debut mixed tape Live. He is now a mover and a shaker in the hip hop community. For the last three years A$AP Rocky has been on a self-imposed hiatus. After the release of his award winning album At Long,Last ASAP, he took some time off. This low profile respite provided him with an opportunity to perfect his craft by working on projects at his leisure. But the time has come for his return, and he is back in full force.
This nationwide tour called his Injured Generation Tour will be his first since his Too Cozy tour last fall. His 2019 tour will feature his latest album Testing. This long-awaited album features musical appearances from headliners in the industry like Frank Ocean, Playboi Carti, Lauren Hill, and Kodak Black. The album has as executive producers Hector Delgado, Juicy J, Chace Johnson, and AWGE, and it boast of guest vocals by Puff Daddy and Snoop Dogg.
The Injured Generation Tour, the first since last fall’s Too Cozy Tour, will feature stops in major cities like Minneapolis, Chicago, Philadelphia, Houston, and Inglewood. See his tour dates below:
